We have been asked to engage with our teams who attend STORY Sites regarding reporting hazard spotters on site, STORY will continue to discuss and measure success with hazard spotter engagement in future forums.

Studies have shown that for every major accident or fatality there are hundreds of events of a far less serious nature.

In different circumstances these Close Calls could end up causing serious injuries to our colleagues.

If you spot any hazards on one of our sites, please report your concerns/observations initially to the Site Manager.

If possible, try and rectify the Hazard first or make the area safe before reporting to the Site Manager.

If you think there is a more efficient improvement to our Procedures or way of doing things, we would love to hear your suggestions by logging an Improvement Spotter.
