Just a few important points to highlight and reinforce:

Course registers and Sentinel swipe times – please ensure the times match.
Swipe history – please ensure ALL candidates and swipe times are clearly visible.
Photo evidence – it is compulsory that photo evidence is sent to the training phone at the end of every course.

During recent internal verifications, it has been identified on several occasions that the above requirements have not been consistently followed. These processes must be implemented with immediate effect to ensure compliance.
