B245 Policies & Procedures Update

Two of our policies have been updated in line with the Network Rail Standards Issue 127.

NR/L2/OHS/00120 Testing for Drugs & Alcohol.

We will see the increase the required amount of random Drug & Alcohol from 5% to 20 %.
