B28 – CITIZENCARD – Verify a CitizenCard or Confirm Holder’s age and likeness

Hi All,

Following from the NSAR Audit, we have found that we aren't currently validating the Citzencards. When candidates use this as a form of identification, we need to ensure that this is being done. As you are aware, there are a number of fakes circulating of these cards, and it's important we ensure that the authentic ID cards being used.

Moving forward, please ensure that all cards are validated using the app. Please ensure you screenshot a copy of the verification and send this in with your evidence to the admin team, who will retain a copy within the pack.
