B62 Skillsbackbone – UPDATE: COSS Competence and WPA for MC/CC

HI All,

We have been notified by NSAR that, following the initial communication in December 2024. That Control Of Site Safety (COSS) would be a mandatory competency requirement for all new Machine/Crane Controllers from March 2025 and for existing Machine/Crane Controllers from September 2026 has been suspended until a solution is identified.
