Every 6 Months we are required to complete a Driver Licence Check and present the results to our Insurance company, so to check your driving licence online we will require you to create a check code that we can use, failure to complete the form may mean that you will not be permitted or insured to drive company vehicles.

If you use your own vehicle to commute on company business we will need you to confirm that your motor vehicle insurance includes business use and you will need to upload your insurance certificate / cover letter to confirm this.
